Orders & Shipping

Place your order as early as possible to help guarantee delivery before key holiday dates, especially with potential courier delays.

Please allow time for your order to be processed, picked, and packed in our warehouse, and then handed to the carrier.

Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays.

Please double check your address prior to completing checkout. If you do need to change your address and your order has not been shipped please contact customer service through our website.

Sadly no. Once your order has been placed and imported into our system we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.

Our dispatch team is conscious of processing orders as quickly as possible. As a result we are unable to cancel it before shipping. Please take your time whilst processing your order. If you do require assistance with an error made with your order please contact us through our website.

On occasion orders may be sent via a split shipment. Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive additional tracking for your items via email.

Please note during peak sale times there may be a delay in us processing your order. Please also ensure you have checked your Junk Mail, or contact us through our website to have another confirmation sent.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for change of mind. Full-price purchases made online during extended holiday periods are eligible for return with extended deadlines.

  • Full-price items are available for refund or store credit
  • Sale and promotional items are available for store credit
  • Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes paid at checkout are generally not refundable

Please make sure items are returned in original condition with all original garment tags attached within the specified return period. Submit your return through our Returns Portal.

Yes — both sale and promotional items can be returned for a store credit, provided they meet our standard return conditions.

Unless explicitly stated, most items are eligible for return.

If an item is marked Final Sale, it will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Instead, return your item for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for the size or style you need.

Simply head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps. You’ll be able to choose between refund and store credit during the process.

Yes — for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery or swimwear. All other items are eligible, as long as they meet our return conditions.

Import duties and taxes are non-refundable, unless required by law. Refund values may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations or customs processes.

Returns are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after arriving at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund or credit has been issued.

We offer transparent international pricing, with duties and taxes calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

  • United States & United Kingdom: Duties and taxes are included in the product price. You won’t be charged any additional fees at checkout or on delivery.
  • All Other Countries: Duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and may include sales tax, import duties, and processing fees.

Please note that unless required by applicable consumer law, duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable if your order is returned or refused at customs.

Yes. At Ana Activewear, you can buy now and pay in instalments with select payment partners. Late fees, eligibility criteria and terms apply.

Gift Vouchers

When a gift voucher is purchased online, a digital copy will be emailed to the email address provided as the ‘Recipient email’. Gift vouchers are issued in the currency of the website. Ana Activewear gift vouchers cannot be used at any of our stockists. Extensions will not be granted. Any unused balance remaining on a gift card upon expiry shall be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited. Ana Activewear shall not be responsible to you for any damage to, unauthorised use of, loss or theft of, a gift card. Available for use on full priced and sale items.

Adding a garment to your online shopping cart does not reserve the item. If you do not wish to miss out please proceed with payment to secure your styles.

Unfortunately if the item isn’t on the website this may be because it has sold out. Please contact us and we will check availability. If the item is listed as “sold out” please sign up to ‘notify me’ as we may receive more of these items.
